FEMA is a federal agency. ANY natural disaster; flood, tornado, hurricane, etc….they have the ability to come in and approve or deny funding to help states and townships. This wields great power and needs to have a better system of accountability. PLEASE SIGN! 100,000 SIGNATURES GETS THIS ON OBAMA’S DESK!!!! This is an American issue, not just a Washington, IL issue.

FEMA REFORM 
I lost my home during Super Storm Sandy, and just about all I owned. FEMA was 100% completely useless. A maze that dead ended all hope of any relief. There is only one solution, and that is to Disband FEMA. Obama just gave $770Million to rebuild mosques overseas. All of the refugee agency placement in America is also taxpayer funded for Profit. But Americans, as usual, are thrown into the gutter. Maybe storefronts never had to deal with real situations and organizing big mouths were able to shuck and jive their way through life, while ruining other lives.
